In the previous practise support groups I have shown the different portraits style I was considering for the project and what type of stories I was documenting. However this time I decided to talk about the possibility of creating a book for the modes who helped me and for the companies who had help structure the concept with me. For the book idea, I was talking about how I could use all the images gain fro the experience to bring a group of strangers together. This would connect the group physically but also give them a opportunity to see the collection whole. The images in the book will consists of the full day spent with each model, showing their capability and their strength as individuals.
At the session, I brought up this idea which was met with great enthusiasm. Everyone from the group added their own beliefs into what the book should look like and represent, giving me plenty of ideas with the construction. For example: One fellow peer talked about having the stories written in the book for others to view and also have a special effect to the book, for example a hand drawing of each client as a surprise. These ideas have helped shape the book I am now creating with the concepts inputting on the stylist approach and the projects strength.
