During this Exhibition meeting, the group discussed the logo design we wanted to use for promotion and marketing. During the meeting, there were a plethora of designs shown from natural colours to using the university colours. After a long discussion and a vote we decided to select a simple logo which would be bold enough to stand out on plain black and white backgrounds but also present a different colour to the university. This would allow the exhibition we have to stand out against the traditional colours but also give us our own unique identity. Now that the decision has been made, the next stage is for the posters to be made for advertising and for the promotion team to start handing out information to potential clients and visitors. In the next meeting, fundraising will be discussion the events they have planned and the group will evaluating the events and select the ones they want to fund-raise for.
